As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 9pm- 7am.

By confirming your reservation, you are acknowledging that you have carefully reviewed the listing and these house rules. Therefore, any information that was disclosed during the booking process cannot be used as a basis for grievances.
You have the whole apartment to yourself, with access to the rooftop resort pool, gym, BBQ zone, outdoor cinema, library & gymnasium. RULES APPLY
All areas except them locked cupboards which are marked for cleaners

lease note: a pet fee of $33 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved prior to checkin. If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $1000. excess hair left will incur additionaly cleaning charge of $100.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back)
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $50 per night per item used
A $30 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest ID and identity validation
You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or
appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at
any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints.
All repairs will be affected as soon as practicable.
