When it comes to outdoor living, this modern gem of a home simply does not miss. Discover extended deck areas surrounded by gorgeous apple, fig, and pear trees that definitely add a unique touch to the scenery. Challenge your friends to an entertaining Ping-Pong match or make teams and play a fun match of pickleball or basketball - there is a half-court with lighting! When it's time to wind down and relax, gathering around the firepit to roast s'mores and tell fun stories sounds like heaven. Another great spot to unwind is the bubbly hot tub - wash all of your worries away while taking in marvelous vistas. Or you might as well hang out by the outdoor fireplace with cafe lights and comfy seating. Adjacent to this spot is an outdoor dining area with a large dining table and an outdoor smart TV. Show off your grilling skills and surprise everyone with delicious grilled treats prepared in the outdoor barbecue area with a built-in gas grill, indoor sink, and prep area.

Inside this marvelous retreat, you will find endless luxury and spaces to spread out comfortably with family and friends. Upon entering, you will discover a great room, a living room, a family room, and a library - there is enough space for everyone no matter what they are planning on doing! The great room boasts vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, plenty of inviting seating, a large smart TV with a soundbar, and a wood stove. Stream your favorite movies and shows, plan your next adventures, or simply break out any of the provided board games for an entertaining evening at home while the group musician plays something on the piano. The living room enjoys another smart TV and many comfy sofas as well - this is another great place to stay up to date with your series and movies. The family room invites you to unwind, relax, and possibly listen to the musician in your group play some classic tunes on the piano. The library is ideal for those who need some time on their own to catch up with favorite novels and books. All four spaces enjoy fireplaces. Remote workers will appreciate the private office with a ring light for video calls and an adjustable desk.

When mealtime comes, the chef of the group will have a blast preparing culinary masterpieces in the modern, gourmet kitchen with a gas stove and bar. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you could possibly need to whip up delicious treats and meals for the group. Coffee enthusiasts will love the small coffee corner with Keurig and drip coffee makers. There is extensive dishware and all stainless steel appliances.

Sleeping arrangements include four well-appointed bedrooms and a lofted sleeping area. The primary suite is simply out of this world. Find a spacious bedroom with high ceilings, skylights, direct access to the patio, a smart TV, a small sitting area with a fireplace, two walk-in closets, and two en suite bathrooms with a steam shower. Additional on-site perks include a Pack N' Play, a high chair, high-speed WiFi, and a fenced dog run.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There are wild animals including deer, raccoons, foxes, skunks, and neighborhood dogs that may show up on the property, including a Shiba Inu known as the "Bayside Mascot" who is a frequent and friendly visitor. If you have aggressive dogs or do not like dogs near you at any time, this may not be a good fit for you. We cannot stop the dog from entering the property.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
