Looking for a unique place to call home for a few days? You found it! Built-in '66, remodeled with modern finishes and all new furniture- This home is comfortable and quiet. The Athens MCM Inn offers a sense of comfort and vibrancy. This property is unmatched by any that you've seen. This home has been beautifully decorated but also is filled with beautiful windows offering you tons of natural lighting. New furniture • Spacious rooms • Free Parking Upon entering, you IMMEDIATELY feel welcomed and at home. The open floor plan allows you to enjoy your family, friends, and company regardless of where you are within the house. The home also incorporates a split floor plan, making the upstairs and downstairs identical. The main floor also offers plenty of seating for everyone to bundle together for every GA game or occasion you're celebrating. The house is filled with various different colors giving this home an unparalleled design. LIVING ROOM: - Spacious living room - Smart TV - Plenty of Seating Space 4 BEDROOMS: - 2 Bedrooms with King Bed -2 other Bedrooms with Queen Bed BATHROOM: 2 Full Bathroom (1 bath is located on each floor) KITCHEN: Full equipped with all basic necessities The Athens MCM Inn is near Bishop Park, Oglethorpe Garage, several restaurants, and within a few miles from Downtown Athens and the UGA stadium. The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood located on neighborhood off of Oglethorpe Ave developed in the 1960's. ACTIVITIES, DINING, DRINKS: - Athens Farmer Market (0.7 miles) - Downtown Athens (1.9 miles) - Sanford Stadium (3.7 miles) - University Golf Course (2.0 miles) - Athens Memorial Park (3.2 miles) - Sandy Creek Park ( 6.9 miles) - Athens Country Club (2.3 miles) There are some things that you could walk to without much trouble. There is also a bus route nearby that loops around Athens. Uber and Lyft are also very accessible.
