Sitting on 125 feet of direct lakefront access sits Camp Sweetheart. Overlooking Keeler Bay, this charming cabin-style home boasts an effortless indoor/outdoor living flow.

Time under the sunshine can be spent gliding across the water via the provided kayak or canoe, swimming off the dock, reading in the hammock, or hosting cookouts over the grill and picnic table. Some of the area's best sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed daily from the waterside Adirondack chairs, and the rocking chairs on the wrap-around porch are ideal for comfortable chats.

Near your stay, enjoy exploring Grand Isle State Park, Sand Bar State Park, Hackett's Orchard, multiple wineries, and E Shore North's scenic drive.

Inside, get comfortable amongst warm wood finishes, vaulted ceilings, and leather seating. All of your culinary needs will be attended to in the well-equipped kitchen, and after eating, gather in the spacious living room or enclosed patio for a board game night.

Get a good night's rest each evening as you tuck under the plush quilts and utilize the home's ceiling fans and portable fans to stay cool.

Great camp but looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned/vacuumed in months.

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Wonderful kitchen for cooks and screened-in porch for dining and gathering. It is not possible to swim off the dock because of extreme algae, but there are beautiful beach options nearby. Our favorite was Alburgh Dunes State Park.

We had a great time kayaking and sitting by the lake. It was very peaceful and quiet. The views of the lake are awesome. The big screened in porch was great for sitting in at night and playing games. The house is rustic and has everything you need.

I rented the place for me, my daughter, and our two dogs for a long weekend; we only stayed three nights. This worked for us but would undoubtedly be even better for a larger group as it had many beds spread throughout the house. This is a rustic camp—nothing super fancy, which I appreciate. We spent most of our time playing games and playing with the dogs on the front covered porch. This is also where I slept and enjoyed waking up to the sun beaming on the water. The kitchen was well supplied; it had most of what we needed. We cooked and ate most of our meals at the house. We did walk to a few nearby eateries that were enjoyable, such as Walley's Place Bagels (about a 10-minute walk) and Seb's Snack Bar (about a 15-minute walk). There weren't any large grocery stores nearby, but Emmons Grocery and Gas Station had most of the staples. We drove to Montreal, CA, one day; the border crossing was quick and easy. It only took us about 2 hours. We hoped to kayak or paddle board, but accessing the water seemed impossible because we wanted to avoid navigating through the sludge. This was a huge negative.

The lake was wonderful! The dock, kayak, canoe, yard games, and sun porch were very nice. The entire inside was beyond disgusting, and despite reaching out to the property manager several times, and being told help was coming, none ever came. Our sheets had dog hair, dirt, and debris ALL through them, dishes in the cabinets were dirty, every window had cobwebs and loads of dead bugs, the door was broken, and everything was as “janky”. For what you get, it should be a LOT cheaper per night. It’s like camping, but in other people’s dirt and filth. If you want to enjoy your rental, choose a different one!
