We happily welcome only 1 pet with a one-time pet fee of $200. To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly request that your furry friend is potty trained and does not shed or scratch our furniture. In the unlikely event that any damages occur, we will need to charge a replacement fee for the affected furniture which will be hundreds of dollars. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in making our accommodations a pleasant experience for all.

We had a great time! Kids enjoyed game room and board games. Nice, clean, quiet, place to stay to enjoy the beach and surrounding areas. Comfy beds and pillows too!

Check in, check out, and host were great. However, there were many parts of the property itself that need to be fixed. 1) Refrigerator was not suitable for use for the first day and a half. It was on the highest temperature setting (I assume to keep electricity low). Started off warm and took a while to bring temp back down to a usable degree. 2) Beds were horrendous. We were able to use every bed, and they were all extremely worn. Everyone woke up in a crater on the bed due to them being so very soft. Extremely uncomfortable. 3) The entire property was very humid. More humid than the the outside. The only way to counter this was to keep the A/C on constantly. Even when we were cold. There is evidence of this as the ceiling paint in the room I stayed in was peeling. 4) There was a smell throughout the house. Some places worse than others. Needed to buy air freshener on check in day to hide it. My room especially smelled of wet towels or wet dog, but I couldn’t pin point where exactly it was coming from. 5) No shoes inside is usually fine for me, however, the house was not clean enough to walk in socks. Not sure why they would require this if there is no carpet, and the wood was not clean. I appreciate the extras like the basketball game, arcade game, two car garage, large driveway, and that check out rules were pretty loose, but not enough to justify me staying in those beds again. If you do decide to stay here, recommend bringing towels.

The house was beautiful and big enough for our large family. The games were great for the kiddos and they had a blast. Location was perfect for our quick trip to the beach.
