Newly renovated, peaceful, and welcoming home. Great location for family coming to see their loved one graduate from NAVY bootcamp. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Food market, bakery, and Mexican food (amazing) take out across the street. Big shopping plazas less than 2 miles away with all the big name stores.. Peaceful neighborood close to the beach and down the street from a nice big park called Bowen park. Plenty of space in this Tri-level home for big families! Tv's in every room and living room space. Theatre with surround sound with bluetooth connection. Straight shoot to bnavy base for Navy recruit graduation. 15 mins from Six Flags Amusement Park. Can't be this location and the space. You and yours will love it!

Property is well maintained, everything was clean when we arrived and all pictures of the property were accurate. We had a plumbing concern while staying and the host was prompt coming over to address the situation immediately. Everyone had enough space we didn't feel like we were on top of each other, and the communal areas could fit everyone easily for meals or movie watching. We were in town to go to the Renaissance faire, 5 stars, would stay again.

Meticulously Clean: The property was spotless. Spacious: -Three living rooms, ideal for adults and teenagers. Prime Location: - Minutes from the Navy base (great for graduations). - 20 minutes from Six Flags. - 40 minutes from downtown Chicago. Travel Tip: - Take the train to avoid Chicago’s hectic traffic and expensive parking. - Our 16-year-old navigated the city traffic – impressive but nerve-wracking! Parking Advisory: - Street parking is required. - Vigilant ticketing around midnight. We got a ticket at 1 AM our last day had been moving our car by 6 AM daily. - Host was not to blame he had provided clear parking regulations. Outstanding Host: - Immediate response to a water issue in the basement. - Very prompt and attentive. Overall Experience: - Fantastic stay. - Perfect home for a group. - cute neighborhood - Highly recommended for a spacious, clean, and well-located rental with a responsive host.

We had a nice stay, lots of rooms and beds for our large family of 10! Everything was clean, but there were quite a few earwig bugs, I understand sometimes you can’t keep them away with the large trees, but some people might freak out about them. Other than that we had everything we needed and were very comfortable! Thank you!

Im so glad I chose this property. The host was exceptional and responded quickly to all questions. The house amenities catered to all our needs and more! Naval graduation is only 10-15 minutes away from the property (easy access), downtown Chicago was only an hour away. I will most definitely be choosing this location again during my next visit.

Let's just say a Great place to unwind after RTC Graduation and weekend liberty. The house is close to most everything we needed i.e. restaurants, shopping, etc. for all of our needs. The house was very neat and clean upon our arrival and the owner Jack was very responsive and informative to any of our questions we had. The house is a straight shot to the RTC base with very little traffic during our travels to and from the base. Would Definitely recommend staying here if you want a place to relax or have a large family. Plenty of room and comfy sofas in each of the living rooms (has a bonus room) also has a great kitchen and plenty of bathrooms (for getting ready in the mornings and not having to wait in line!)

The home was easy to find and the instrutions for the stay were very thorough. As soon as we walked in we were blown away by the home. It was a perfect place to stay that was a close drive to many local attrations. It is also close to base if you have a graduating sailor. We were very happy with our stay and if we make our way back to the area i would definitely book again!
