On the outside of the house we have:
A small front garden.
An outdoor parking space for two cars.
Two exterior stairs that give access to the main lower garden.
Inside the house we have a small hall that, on the one hand, gives access to the common areas:
The small laundry and storage room, with direct access to the outside.
The large living room with dining room-kitchen, all in a large open space, and two exits to a large balcony with views.

10 x 5 meter saltwater infinity pool, with seating area and beach area inside the pool.
Small parking area for four cars.
The house is equipped with induction stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Italian coffee maker, espresso maker, French coffee maker, mixer, water heater, beverage refrigerator, pots, pans, kitchenware for 20 people, television, iron, washing machine , 1 high chair for a child over 1 year old, 1 crib for a child up to 2 years old, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi.
THE RENTAL PRICE IS FOR 15 PEOPLE.
A maximum of 5 extra beds can be added.
Final cleaning and the use of sheets is mandatory. They are not included in the rental price, but you can contract it with the owner.
Final cleaning €230 maximum 8 hours.
Sheets and towels for stays of 2 nights, €15.
Sheets and towels for stays longer than 2 nights, €20
Pets have a supplement of €40 per pet.
The plug-in car costs €50 per stay.
All extras are paid when the keys are handed over.
The deposit of €500 is payable only by credit card when handing over the keys.
The tourist tax is €1 per person per night and is paid when the keys are handed over.
