Twp Double bed and one single bed

- Do you provide parking?
Yes, we do provide one on-site parking space. There's no extra cost. All is included in the room rate. You may also park at surrounding street parking and ACE paid parking ($5/Hour, $20 Daily Max [12 Hours]), 129 Kavanagh St, is 2mins walking distance from the building.

- What's the address of the apartment?
Melbourne Square, 11 Bale Circuit, Southbank.

- Is the room shared?
No, the guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.

- What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 10 am.

- Can guests check in early?
Early check-in is subject to availability. We are happy to let our guests in as soon as the cleaning is finished. We can't guarantee a time, but we can keep you updated on the day.

- Can guests check out later?
Late check-out is subject to availability. Please request in advance, and we charge an extra $30/hour, latest till 12pm.

- Lockout fee
We charge a $100 lockout fee if you lose your key or lock yourself outside the apartment and require us to come and open the door for you.

- What's the check-in method?
Self-check-in using an intercom system.

- is Netflix available?
Yes, but the guest has to log in with their own Netflix account.
If we find guests smoking in the room, we charge an extra $150 for odour removal.

Our stay in this property was underwhelming. After looking around quite a lot, this apartment appeared to fit the bill for what we were after, but on arrival, it was not what we expected. For comparable prices, we would head elsewhere if staying in Southbank again. The cleanliness was below average. Showers still had previous guests hair in them, and the towels were unclean with fake eyelashes still stuck to one of them. The kitchen had the bare essentials, but not enough to properly cater for a family (which being a 3 bedroom apartment, is what we would expect). The apartment is located right next to a very busy Melbourne cross-roads, and the traffic noise was very audible at all hours. Something to think about for families. The area was good, with a supermarket directly below, and a 10-12 minute walk to the casino and river restaurants. Overall, we would look elsewhere if staying in the area again as there is a lot of competition, and we feel we would get better value.
