Welcome to The Coastal Cottage! This charming tropical getaway boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Rest well in a spacious king bed, two cozy twin beds, and a convenient queen sofa sleeper. The pool is shared with two other small cottages.

Located just a stone's throw away from downtown Sarasota and a mere 2.9 miles from the renowned Siesta Key Beach, this cottage offers both convenience and tranquility.

For your beach days, we provide all the essentials: a beach buggy stocked with chairs, towels, and toys, along with a cooler for your refreshing drinks and snacks. Within walking distance, discover a variety of excellent dining options including Walts Fish Market, Bone Fish Grill, Conners Restaurant, and Sonnys BBQ, as well as shopping at Southgate Mall. Absolutely amazing place to stay. Met Ron (maintenance), really great guy and sweet as can be. Met all the other renters, very friendly. Accommodations and everything that was available to use was exceptional. Location is close to everything, not a far drive, close to Bee Ridge Road and Tamiami. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!

The costal cottage provide us a convenient location for the USRowing Youth Nationals but also put us close enough to the beach. We’d definitely recommend the cottage and stay again.

Our first time visiting the Sarasota/Siesta Key area, and Coastal Cottage helped make our stay very memorable! Ken and Donna have a great property, including an incredible pool area. We appreciated the detailed notes on places to visit and eat while we were there. The house was very clean and comfortable!

Ken and Donna’s place was excellent! We had a great stay and the pictures don’t do the place justice! We always appreciate the little things like a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler, soaps, detergents and paper products available and a beautiful pool! We will be back. The area is great too - walked to grocery, nail salon, shopping mall. Thanks so much!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage. It was beautiful. So many things were provided for the stay , such as laundry det, beach towels , beach accessories , and much more. It was so nice to not worry about packing all that beach stuff. Pool was very nice. Very nice neighborhood. We had no issues whatsoever with this property. We will be staying again!!

Property was very nice. This is our 4th stay at this location and we intend to stay her again during our next visit. This place is well furnished and decorated. There are also plenty of items provided for a family trip to the beach. The pool was refreshing and well maintained. Property management was eager to please and very responsive for check-in. We will definitely stay here again!
