Take exit 207 onto Bee Ridge Rd., SR 758 heading west toward Siesta Key. After approximately 3.5 miles turn right into S Lockwood Ridge Rd. After 0.2 miles turn left into Pinecrest Street. This house was recently painted inside and out and newly furnished to the owner's exact taste, style, and detail. This is obvious as soon as you enter this unique home and are greeted by tasteful furniture and wall art from the owner's travels all over the world. The home terrazzo and tile floors throughout as the best way to stay cool in the hot Floridian summer.
There is so much to enjoy in this home. The home is fully equipped with a washer and dryer and comes with free high-speed internet and WIFI.
The living area has seating for the whole family so you can get really comfortable. Board games are provided for a family game night. All 3 TVs in the house have access to Cable TV, Netflix, Hulu, Discovery +, Peacock AND pay-per-view movie channels.
The dining area provides the space you need to have a formal family meal. The table will comfortably fit 4 people and can easily seat up to 6 guests.
The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, with much love for detail so our guests can relax, rest and enjoy. The master suite is a spacious, zen space with plenty of cabinets & closet space to accommodate all of your personal belongings. The King size bed has a memory foam mattress. If you want quiet time, you can turn your TV on and enjoy your favorite show in bed. The en-suite bathroom has a shower.
All 3 bedrooms have a large closet so you can stow away your belongings and luggage, and don’t worry there are more than enough coat hangers for every single person!
The queen bedroom has a modern queen-bedroom set with a TV and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The queen bedroom and twin bedroom share the family bathroom. The family bathroom has a shower/tub combo. All three bedrooms have pull-down blinds guaranteeing a great night's sleep for everyone.
A guest favorite will be the well-equipped kitchen. It offers an oven for the chef in the family and stainless-steel appliances, as well as many gadgets that make vacation life easier and more pleasant. Including a coffee maker, electric kettle, smoothie maker, microwave, toaster oven, and toaster. It has, literally everything you will need to prepare your daily meals.
A gas BBQ is provided for your convenience. A very peaceful backyard with a small stream gives privacy for your vacation time. The washer and dryer are in the garage for your private use.

This is a well appointed 3 bedroom House with a very nice caged in pool and patio area. It’s on a quiet street that is convenient to Siesta Key beach as well as downtown Sarasota. The management company that takes care of the property for the owners is very attentive. Anytime we called Stefan, he responded right away. We just left this house after staying there for 3 months and we have already booked it for 3 months next year. We highly recommend this property.

The location of this house was great. We were able to get downtown and out to the beaches easily. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The house very well appointed with all the amenities we needed. We loved the terrazzo floors and back porch. The gift basket was perfect! Thank you for your hospitality.

Home is in a great location. Very close to many beaches. We went to Siesta Key beach, Nokomis beach, Lido beach, and Turtle beach. Great communication with host. We had a minor issue with the air conditioner. We went one night with no air conditioning but communicating with host and they stated it would be fixed by the next day. It was hot for the one night but they did get it fixed by the next evening. House was nice, lots of pool floaties, body boards and many other toys. Overall we had a good experience and would recommend others to book this home.

We stayed here with two young kids and grandparents and we enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The house was beautiful and clean. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The pool and Lanai were especially enjoyable. The primary bedroom had a big walk-in closet, big enough to fit a crib!! Stefan from Gulfcoast was very helpful and attentive. Response to all questions were very quick. Highly recommend!

This home was centrally located to all the area attractions! We visited Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach, St. Armand’s Circle, the Botanical Gardens, and the Mote Aquarium during our visit. The pictures in the listing are accurate. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the pool area! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our traditional Christmas dinner. We were minutes away from Yoder’s… an amazing spot to eat! Their homemade bread was yummy! Would definitely stay here again!

The amenities were as advertised and a glitch in the WI FI was quickly correct by the property owner. Close to beaches and downtown. Only downfall was the mattress in master bedroom, it was very uncomfortable, recommend replacing. I would highly recommend this property!

The pocket door in the master bathroom was not easy to close. When it did close it was difficult to open. The drive to the beach was further than we anticipated. The sliding doors were not easy to open from the outside as there were no grips but the outdoor space was very enjoyable. The grill was not cleaned as well. The overall experience was good and I would stay there again.

The positives of this rental are many. Foremost it's in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and you barely hear anything at night. The house was very clean and spacious. The owners had put TVs in the living room and two bedrooms, so that was thoughtful, although you needed the remote from the master bedroom to adjust the volume for the living room TV as none of the remotes in the living room were able to do that. Netflix and more was available so that was a real plus and appreciated.
The pool was quite nice, but a real negative was it was not sufficiently clean (FYI to future renters, the pool and lawn services come on Wednesday), so we had two days of a pool with actual piles of dirt on the bottom. The pool guy's first visit to clean the pool didn't even get the dirt from the bottom, so at our request management brought him back to really clean it. His excuse was his vacuum hose was cracked and he swept the dirt into the pool drain, which he could've done on his first visit.
The check-in process is archaic as the Gulfcoast Homes rep, who was actually very pleasant and courteous, had to come by the house and have us sign some documents. All of this should and could have been done online. It interrupts the flow of your vacation when you have to wait for someone to come by your house with papers to sign.
A minor issue is the washer and dryer are in the hot and stuffy garage, but overall the house is very pleasant with a relaxing lanai. I would recommend to others if Gulfcoast can fix their drive-by check-in process.

The photos on VRBO looked very nice upon booking but when we arrived we realized that we were somewhat mislead. To start with there is a dead tree next to the driveway and the roof obviously is in need of replacement. The furniture inside and on the patio was pretty in the photos, but worn out and uncomfortable to sit in for more than a few minutes. The pool area had a tremendous tripping hazard in the form a large railing on the floor in addition to the clearly original doors to the home which were very difficult to lock and unlock. Finally, while the bathrooms were pretty, the pocket door to the master bathroom did not close all the way. Additionally the beds, while comfortable, had bed linens with holes and stains on them. Not to mention the loud construction and incessant noise from the trucks parked in front of our rental and across the street.

The photos on VRBO looked very nice upon booking but when we arrived we realized that we were somewhat mislead. Our choice to drive 24 hours to be on vacation resulted in exactly the place we needed to relax. The place was a great size for our family to be able to work/distance learn al while enjoying a pool, close beaches and sunsets.
We stayed for two weeks and any needs we had we brought to Stefan and he took great care of us.
The check-in process due to covid protections was a little disjointed, the check-in email said to go to the main office by the first business day. When I got there they said I could’ve stayed at our place and some would’ve come by to get what was needed. However, that was the only “hiccup” and I wouldn’t consider it anything to be upset or get crazy about.
