Excellent high standard apartment, consisting of 03 bedrooms, one suite, two bathrooms, 01 bedroom double bed and four-bedroom, large TV/dining room with brewery and wine cellar, beautiful kitchen, closed balcony with charcoal barbecue and jacuzzi, dining area service with washing machine and dryer and parking space. All rooms with split air conditioning.

The apartment is furnished, decorated and equipped with appliances and utensils for preparing meals, as well as blankets and pillows for your comfort.

The linens (bed and bath linens) are optional and must be purchased separately; please request them in advance.

Tenants will have access to:

- Parking (1 space per apartment). Ask about the size.

The apartment accommodates up to 9 people.

We do not work with extra mattresses.

We are a seasonal property management company; there are NO hotel services such as breakfast, linens, amenities or replacement of materials.

Cleaning of the space with linen change is by prior appointment and for a fee.

Check-out time is 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. It is important to be ready to leave 10 minutes before the receptionist arrives.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

EXTRA FEE! The contract must be paid off and the property must be occupied by 6:00 p.m. For check-ins and check-outs between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., the tenant must pay the attendant a fee of R$200.00.
