My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and loved it. Pros: -Close to subway, great bars, restaurants, and sightseeing attractions -Located in the middle of downtown, so it’s lively at night but not too crazy. -Clean, modern, quiet room, and surprisingly spacious. -Located above a popular shopping mall with a great bakery and markets Cons: None.

Stayed over with the family for two nights here in Sapporo. Location is very central with a shopping mall underneath and easy public transport connection to airport. Several Sapporo attractions are all within walking distances. Room was clean, comfy and recently refurbished so all amenities are new and well equipped. Staff was also very helpful and friendly. Overall we were very happy with the stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting to Sapporo.

I chose this hotel for my last night of stay before leaving Sapporo. I wanted to have a nice wrap up hotel stay for convenient final shopping plan and will give us good level accommodation in Sapporo. After stayed, we think we made the right choice, would be nice if I could have one more night here. This hotel is located right in the best central area with city vibes and energy. Lots of shopping and food options. It is inside Cocono Susukino, between 7th to the 18th floor, while the B2 to 6th floor are varieties of shops from fashions, lifestyle stores to international food options including fast food take out style to sit down restaurants, supermarket, and even cinema. You can spend time in the building, plus right outside, it is walking distance to the busiest Tanukikoji shopping street and central Susukino. I booked premium deluxe king which allows us to access to club lounge, rooftop terrace and spa with public bath and sauna for the 16-17th floor guest only. We have great glass window view of the city. Love the spacious studio room in hip, stylish deco with a whole library of vinyl disc for playing, a big walk in closet and coffee/tea counter top and living room area. Enjoyed our time in the room, lounge and public bath a lot. The quiet, clean and relaxing mood in the accommodation versus the fun shopping and dining experience, what a nice contrast!

Our room is on 17/F which is roomy, bright and clean. It has big windows which can see the night view of Sapporo. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we visit Sapporo again next time.

Great location, except for the noise from the street that reaches even the top floors. Breakfast was fine and the Priority Lounge was nothing to be excited about - very limited selection of snacks. But nice new hotel and great location.

The service is excellent. They helped us get a refund for a booking error we made on Agoda. The room is quiet and clean. The breakfast has a large selections. The location is convenient—close to Sapporo Station, shopping and restaurants and sights.

Excellent location. You literally get off at the Susukino subway station and take exit 5 and it will literally take you to the B1 level. Then take the elevator to 7th floor and that’s where the hotel lobby is located. You don’t need to walk on the street to get to hotel which is super convenient. This building has 18 floors. The first 6 floors are all shopping, restaurants, cinema. The 7th floor and up are all hotels. There’s no one elevator that takes you from the hotel all the way to the ground floor. You have to get off on 7th floor and take another elevator to the ground floor.

We shared 260 sq.ft.space, nice view of streets and city. Hotel located in the Cocono Susukino Complex on the 7 floor. Supermarket in basement, Bakery above excellent, 3rd and 4th over 12 dining options, 5th had Movie Complex. Their breakfast buffet was awesome. Space is key, bathtub 4.5 ft perfect for someone 5ft 2 and smaller and only 1 small dresser drawer to put clothes. No room to open big suitcase or storing on the side. Over all a great experience and I would be back again.👻

I booked this Hotel when the only images available were CGI's as the Hotel was new and only opened in February of this year 2024. The Hotel was exceptional value. Clean, Well designed and directly accessible from the train station to the mall in the basement of the shopping mall directly underneath the Hotel. Very Organised and Polite Hotel Staff. My three night stay was a real JOY !! :))

I would go back in a heartbeat. Great location, awesome staff and really comfy rooms. We had a fantastic view of the major intersection in Suskino with the city lights. Just be aware that Suskino is the red light district of Sapporo but the area was safe.

We love Sapporo Stream Hotel. It is conveniently located in Suskino and is on top of a mall and train station. The rooms are simple and clean. They have free pajamas, a nice tub and a small nook.

We stayed here for 5 nights and booked 2 rooms as a family trip. The location of the hotel was good, but the staff wasn’t helpful no service at all,English was surprisingly bad….

The hotel offers bath and lounge for guests staying at premium room. The environment is cozy and nice. However there is no direct access from ground floor to hotel lobby which is not convenient for guests taking big luggages. The access from the mall to hotel is not easy to locate.
