OUR PROPERTY IS ON THE GROUND FLOOR WITH 3 PRIVATE PARKING. WE GET 6 BEDROOMS (AVAILABLE FOR SINGLE USE/2 PEOPLE). EACH BEDROOMS IS 20 SQM.
THE OPEN SPACE CONSISTS OF A KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM. THE TWO FEATURES ARE 25 SQUARE METRES TOGETHER
IDEAL LOCATION FOR 10 GUEST GROUP OR 6 GUEST EAH ONE WITH A SEPARATE BEDROOM
WHILE OUR 2 BATHROOMS ARE 10 SQUARE METRES EACH ONE
WE ARE 600 METRES FAR FROM LUGANO LAKE AND 2.2 FROM TRAIN STATION. East Side University Campus IS ONLY 300 METRES FAR from our property

We didn't accept reservations filled less than 3 months from arrival date
