Welcome to our beautifully updated ski home near Okemo Mountain. This three-bedroom, two-bath condominium comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and is perfectly situated for both skiers and non-skiers alike. Recently renovated with a quintessential ski home charm, our home features a welcoming stone fireplace and an oversized living room. Our prime location allows you to walk onto the Okemo Shuttle Bus, ski boots on and skis in hand, without worrying about driving or parking.
The Space:
This condominium is located on the second level at Brookhaven F3 and is accessed by one flight of covered stairs. The interior shared entry protects you from the cold while you plug in your contactless check-in code. Entering the home, you’re greeted by a mudroom with space to hang your jackets and a place to kick off your ski boots.
Step into the main living area, which features the living room with a wood-burning fireplace, the updated kitchen, the dining area, and the deck. The large sectional and additional comfy seating is perfect for relaxing by the fire at the end of the ski day or enjoying a movie night. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your ski trip meals. Dine at the dining table with seating for everyone. Step out onto the deck for some fresh air and enjoy the views.
The bunk room is located off the living room, featuring two twin beds, built-in closet space, and bedside lamps. This is the perfect space for the kids or teens in your group! The other two bedrooms are located off of the main hallway. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, bench, closet, and access to the shared full bath in the hallway. The primary bedroom suite features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bath for extra privacy. There is also a pullout couch for some extra sleeping space.
You’ll love staying at this effortless and beautifully designed ski home. Make memories here at Brookhaven and spend your winter vacation on the slopes of Okemo.

Parking notes: Parking is available in the parking lot in front of the unit. Two parking passes are provided in the unit upon arrival. Please reach out to us if you require more than two parking passes, we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive may be required in the winter.
