If you like the water and love fishing, you should bring your fishing poles and fish in the creek behind the cabin. Feel free to bring your own four-wheelers and side-by-sides to traverse the numerous mountain trails nearby as well! Other great areas to fish include Asay Creek (just south of Hatch), Tropic Reservoir, and Otter Creek Reservoir. In the winter, the lakes are well known for ice fishing!

The towns of Bryce, Tropic, Duck Creek, Kanab, and Panguitch are fun to visit along with many other towns close to you. Each town has several places to enjoy dining. Nowhere in the United States can you be so close to so many State and National Parks! Whether you like to hike, bike, or trail ride on a horse or a four-wheeler in the summer or cross-country ski, snowshoe, and snowmobile in the winter, you have come to the right place.

When it comes to outdoor living, this darling home enjoys a secluded half-acre yard where you can tie up the hammocks to the trees and rest as the creek babbles in the distance. The kids love to hide the colored rocks in the backyard and try to find them. The backyard also boasts a nice outdoor dining area with several picnic tables and a gas grill, providing the perfect setting for summertime barbecues. There is a covered gazebo that offers another great spot to unwind outdoors.

Inside, this retreat offers a movie room with reclining sofas, a hide-a-bed sofa, and a large smart TV and surround sound. Indoor entertainment is provided by the most modern entertainment streaming box. It has thousands of movies, show series, all sports channels imaginable (local and national), TV stations, and all the popular movie channels. This place is also warmed by the heat of a gas fireplace. This retreat features a second living area right next to the kitchen where you all can unwind, plan your next adventures, and create everlasting memories together. When mealtime comes, prepare delicious homemade meals and treats for the group in the well-appointed kitchen. The main suite features a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a separate soaking tub. Additional perks include a laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
