Welcome to THE TEE BOX in Seabrook Island's Tarpon Pond Cottages. . Check out our Instagram page @theteeboxseabrookisland for all the fun updates and pictures of what our rental has to offer. Our home is the perfect getaway for anyone young or old. When you stay with us, we want to make sure that you truly enjoy your vacation. Our home is on the 17th tee box of the Ocean Winds Golf Course surrounded by live oaks which makes it a true coastal retreat. Our house is 1.3 miles away from Seabrook Island Golf House and Beach Club. When renovating and decorating this cottage, we took our time in the details to make sure comfort, calmness, and luxury were the focus. Seabrook Island is a private community miles from Charleston immersed in nature, pristine beaches, and world class amenities... equestrian, racquet club, beach club, golf, dining, and walking trails.

"The Tee Box" is a 3 bedroom and 2 full bath home. When you step in, the calmness comes over you through the coastal decor in the blues, whites, and greens that help you release from reality. The open floor plan allows you to eat, relax, and cook together while walking through the French doors that leads you to the screened in porch. The screened in porch also has a dining table for 4, outdoor sofa and chair, with a tv on the porch. Off the kitchen is an ice machine under the bar area. The washer and dryer are stacked across the guest bathroom. At the end of the hallway on both sides are the master and guest bedroom. Each bedroom has outlets that accommodate all styles of chargers. There are tv's in both of these bedrooms. The loft area is an amazing room that has 3 twin beds, dresser, and closet that helps you come together in a spacious room. Downstairs you will find a outdoor shower, a second fridge, parking for bikes (not included), and parking up to 3 cars comfortably.

* A GATE PASS for one vehicle is covered by the $40 Property Fee. A second vehicle can be added for
$40 at time of vehicle registration (max 2).
* Once booked, we will send over an amenity card form to fill out to send over to the amenity manager.
A $15 refundable card deposit is collected per amenity card and given back once the cards are returned
in usable condition. You have to go into the amenity office to pickup, lockbox, or mailing option. You
need this card to be able to do anything on Seabrook Island.

My family and I loved our stay in this home. You could tell the owners took pride in their renovations. The kitchen is very well stocked, even down to toddler plates and utensils. The owners have thought of everything here. The views from the screened in porch was absolutely amazing! The host informed us on a lot and we got to experience a lot because of it! Overall we loved this house and would stay again.

The cottage was beautiful! We enjoyed are stay very much and communicating with Brooke for any questions we had was easy and she responded right away. The beach club is locating 2-3 minutes away which we loved. We ended up not having the best weather, so it was nice to have a beautiful place to hand out waiting for the weather to clear. We would stay again :)

Our family of 4 loves to visit Seabrook Island. This property was perfect for us. Plenty of space and very clean. My teens loved learning to play darts and riding bikes. My husband and I enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We loved spending Spring Break 2024 at the Tee Box. The house was clean and well equipped, beds were cozy, and ice machine was a game changer. The host quickly answered any and all questions! We enjoyed riding bikes, hanging out at the beach club, and sitting on the back porch.

Hands down THE MOST COZY peaceful getaway! Despite the rainy weather, the atmosphere and beautifully decorated beach cottage made this weekend into a dreamy oasis. I’m assuming the owner is an interior decorator and would love for them to decorate my house! It’s hard to upstage the heavenly views of Mother Nature surrounding the cottage, but “The Tee Box” definitely hit a hole in one this weekend!!

Everything was wonderful. We've been coming to visit Seabrook for 20 years, and we usually stay with family. This time we needed to rent nearby for the holidays. So we know a lot about Seabrook; not so much about rentals. The location is fantastic. It's on a lovely quiet road where neighbors walk quite a bit; the only traffic is neighbors on the street. The view of the golf course and creek in back is mesmerizing. It's close enough to either beach to ride bikes. It's not close to the island entrance, but consider that a bonus. The house is well decorated and clean. Our favorite room by far was the screened in porch in back. It was a life saver for us, Since it rained most of the days we were there. The porch had a dining table and sofa/chairs and tv, so we LOVED spending time out there while it rained all around. The hosts were extremely prompt and soo accommodating. We could not have been happier. Would we stay there again? ABSOLUTELY YES.
