Located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood, the home is just a quick stroll to the boardwalk leading to the beach. A pond sits behind the house and beyond that, the sound. But the closest form of water is the private saltwater pool, where the color of the floor mimics the blue sky above. A tiki bar provides the ideal option for a refreshment respite. Nearby is an outdoor shower and a fish-cleaning station with water and lights for the avid angler. An all-level elevator is conveniently located on the ground level. Take a break from the sun in the game room that’s located just one flight up from the pool area and features a Smart TV, pool table, and arcade game, along with a kitchenette where it’s easy to fix a quick snack and drink with a wet bar, microwave, air fryer/toaster oven and full-size refrigerator. Enjoy the bug-free breezes of the screened-in porch to enjoy your snack. Also sharing this level is a bunk room featuring two single bunks and an ensuite bath.
Take the elevator or stairs to the next level and discover four more master bedrooms: three kings and a pyramid bunk room that includes a workstation. All the home’s bedrooms feature Smart TVs. The final bedroom, a master king, is located on the top level and features an ensuite bathroom. Here, too, is the wide-open space that will inspire your family to spend time together. Make meal prep duties a family affair in the gorgeous chef’s kitchen featuring two dishwashers, a double sink, 36-inch cooktop, microwave, granite countertops and a spacious island to prep and dine. Settle into the great room sofas for an evening of streaming on the Smart TV, or head out onto the sound-facing deck where a six-person hot tub waits to sooth you into contentment. As the sun begins its absorbing descent below the sound’s horizon, you’ll realize you just experienced the perfect day, and those memories are forever yours. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
