-2 comfortable & cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed and 55" TV
-Luxurious bathroom with double sinks
-The living room has a down-filled sectional, 75" TV, accessories, and a large window to enjoy the mountain vistas and bring in all the wonderful sunlight we have here in The Valley.
-Full kitchen with all new appliances -- commercial grade cook top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size French door refrigerator, AND a wine refrigerator. Island with bar seating perfect for dining, entertaining, or just relaxing with your favorite beverage. Adjacent dining area seats 4.
-Well-appointed front porch/balcony with brightly colored outdoor furniture. A relaxing and comfortable area to enjoy the Valley views, a cup of coffee, or perhaps a glass of wine from one of many award-winning local wineries.
-Intimate courtyard with fire pit and chairs to get warm and cozy as night falls
The Modern Carriage House is a great spot to enjoy the Santa Ynez Valley. Relax here or venture out for shopping, wine tasting, fine restaurants, and the Chumash Casino. Our year-round mild weather provides plenty of opportunity for outdoor activities like horseback riding, golf, hiking, boating or fishing on Lake Cachuma.
