Fully furnished and decorated in beach cottage style, the open-concept layout features a patio and upstairs balcony, offering plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Conveniently located near swimming, fishing, surfing, and dining, this 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome sleeps up to 10, catering to the needs of the whole family.

VILLAGE BY THE BEACH COMPLEX FEATURES
-Two heated, saltwater swimming pools
-Featured waterfall, splash area, and water buckets
-Poolside loungers, chairs, tables, and Tiki huts
-Fenced in playground
-Charcoal and gas grills located around the pool
CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
-PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/NO WEIGHT RESTRICTION.
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).
