It includes all the amenities you will need for a comfortable and luxurious stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet and an oversized patio seating area. Whether you want to relax on the couch and watch a movie or head out to explore all the local restaurants and coffee shops, this apartment has it all. However, the real standout feature of this unique property is its unbeatable location. With the beach just steps away, you can spend your days soaking up the sun and swimming in the sea. And when the sun does go down, come home to your own private retreat and relax on the balcony under the stars. The apartment is located on the main tourist strip of Kato Paphos. Many small yet nice beaches, a lot of attractions and activities, restaurants and bars, very good infrastructure make Kato Paphos a very desirable holiday destination. Kato Paphos area is the heart of tourism for Paphos. Most of the hotels, restaurants, and bars are gathered in this area. At the same time, local people visit the area very frequently, so Kato Paphos is the area where everybody mixes up and mingles. In addition to the infrastructure, there are also a lot of attractions and things to do in the area. This unique mixture of ancient, old and new, variety of accommodation and food, the nice beaches, the sightseeing, and the activities, are what make Kato Paphos area so popular, with hundreds of thousands of visitors every year. Attractions like Paphos Castle, only 1.2 km away, Paphos Harbour, 1 km away and Tombs of the Kings are just 2.8 km away. For Shopping, Kings Avenue Mall is just 1.1 km away. For the children, Paphos is well known for its Water Park, 3.2 km away and the Paphos Zoo is a short drive down Paphos Coast at 18 km away
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
