Perfectly located, just a ten min walk to Marston Green Train Station, & from there, one-stop to Birmingham Airport, & the NEC, and direct to Birmingham City. Direct train to London Euston. 10 Mins from the proposed HS2 hub. A spacious family home, with fast wi-fi broadband and a large south-facing garden, perfect for family gatherings. Home backs onto Sheldon Country Park for walks & to see the planes taking off and landing. Close to shops & restaurants and 20-mins from Solihull town centre & JLR.

Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. There is a delicious Asian restaurant and a pub next to our house. Five mins walk to the train station & one-stop to Resorts World where you can find many bars, restaurants, entertainment & shopping. A short walk takes you to the runway viewing area for Birmingham Airport where you can watch the airplanes taking off and landing. Just a ten-minute walk to Marston Green Train and bus Station. The train takes 2 mins to get to Birmingham International and from there, get the monorail straight into Birmingham Airport. There is a bus stop within walking distance from the house which gets you into Solihull Town Centre. Close to all major motorway networks, the M6, M5, M42, M40, and ten minutes from the proposed HS2 hub.

Property is spacious and well kept. Beds were comfy and bathrooms clean. Garden is large but lacks furniture.
