Brilliant and perfect for attending an event at the NEC

I liked the food in the restaurant and staff, they could look into have zero alcohol Gins in the bar

Our Wedding Night Stay

The staff were really helpful. As we were a newly wed, they offered us complimentary breakfast for our stay and additionally, they allowed us to get changed in a separate room so that the decor in the room that we stayed did not get ruined. Overall, a really pleasant stay, sea view was really nice and I'm surprised that it isn't a 5* hotel.

The only downside was that the mattress wasn't the most comfortable. If there was one thing the hotel could improve on, it would be investing in better quality foam mattresses.

Fab hotel and location!

Everything - from the kind manner of staff, location and cleanliness of the room. Our whole stay was perfect!!! Thank you all so much!

The fact that anyone from the lobby can get into the lifts and make their way to any of the floors. I saw many people tap their passes on their floors but allowed others to come in with them. Not sure what can be done about this as you can't help what customers do, but this is definitely something that needs to be reviewed.

The tv had no signal when we went but was refunded 25% back so was happy with the quick service in helping us with that

The Genting is a lovely hotel and ideally situated in Resorts World.

Excellent staff, polite and friendly. Nice rooms

Meal at Sky Bar was disappointing- long wait for food and drink and one meal undercooked. However, the staff were very co-operative when we complained and we received a substantial deduction and a promise to ensure any future visit would be a good experience.

Very enjoyable, rebooked for anniversary in june 2024

fantastic view from the room window, over looking the lake. 2 minutes walk back from the casino at 2am is always a bonus. breakfast well presented and everyone catered for. easy access from motorway network.

room 401 unfortunatley located just inside the door to the landing everytime anyone entered level 4 the noise of the door and people talking could be heard.

Wonderful well placed hotel

Fantastic hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Room was spotless and quiet plus the breakfast was outstanding. The bonus is the underground carpark which saves you going outside in the rain

Nice room, excellent breakfast, confusing lifts and hallways

Breakfast was excellent. Beautiful fresh fruit.

The pool water quality. I have a pool and have pool operator qualifications. The clarity of the pool is very poor. Chlorine and pH may be fine and water clarity is important. Pool need professional treatment for clarity. Also I would like to know when was the last bacterial and legionella testing of the water by a laboratory.

Great 40th birthday!

Lovely rooms, this was for a very special 40th birthday and so glad we chose here to stay. We have a beautiful suite overlooking the lake, room came with shampoo and conditioner amenities, room was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had full English buffet, pastry and yogurts, and at lest 7 different fresh fruits! It was lovely!

THE HOTEL WAS LOVELY, WITH LOTS OF AMENITIES, STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, ROOM, NOT SURE THIS WAS SUPERIOR

tHE RESTAURANT WAS VERY NOISY DUE TO BEING IN THE SKY BAR, A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING. WE ORDERED A STEAK FOR DINNER AND THE CHIPS WERE FROZEN ONES, I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED FRESH HOME-COOKED CHIPS IN SUCH A RESTAURANT. BREAKFAST WAS VERY POOR

Excellent comfortable Hotel perfectly situated for NEC with easy access to bars and restaurants.

My first time using this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Parking was easy, reception staff pleasant and very efficient. Very spacious and comfortable room.

One if the lifts was not working so had to wait a bit for lifts.

Amazing hotel and surrounding facilities

Second time staying at the hotel and was just as amazing as I remember. Excellent surrounding facilities including casino, restaurants, shops, bear Grylls adventure etc. Beautiful lobby with welcoming staff, very comfortable beds/rooms. The food for dinner served in the sky by the water restaurant was delicious. Very relaxing spa, will definitely look forward to returning again in the near future

I received a parking ticket for driving into the city centre (not the hotels fault obviously) but do check your vehicle against the new emissions zone as I was not previously aware of this
