This home has new renovations and ready to rent with plenty of prime weeks still available! It is located on the south end of the island, only a short distance to the beachfront access and super close to the sound side beach access. From the decks you can see the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.

The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a welcoming space for everyone to gather and create lasting memories. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

When it's time to unwind, you'll find three decks where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breezes. The deck furniture provides the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or sip a refreshing cocktail while taking in the panoramic views of the ocean and waterway. Imagine watching the sunset over the waterway from your own private oasis!

There is one bedroom with a king bed and a full bath on the top level. The first floor bedrooms have a king bed, a queen bed, and a master suite with king bed and private bath.

After a day of fun in the sun, rinse off the sand and saltwater in the enclosed outside shower, a convenient amenity that ensures you'll stay comfortable throughout your stay. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and under the home where you will find the enclosed outdoor shower.

Topsail Island: Topsail Island (pronounced “Topsail”) is one of the best-kept secrets among East Coast beaches. Located along North Carolina’s southern outer banks, Topsail Island is a 26 mile long barrier island of spacious sandy beaches and tranquil maritime forests. It’s hard to discover such a place today as friendly and casual, with such pristine sand and surf, water sports, recreation, fine dining and shopping adventures. This is Topsail Island located midway between Wilmington, to the south and Jacksonville, to the north.

The island consists of three towns, North Topsail Beach, Surf City, and Topsail Beach. The two mainland towns of Sneads Ferry and Holly Ridge complete the section known as the Greater Topsail Area. Two bridges allow access to the island, a new high rise bridge on NC Route 50 to Surf City, or by NC Route 210 over another high rise bridge in North Topsail Beach.

Climate: The climate in the area is typically seasonal and generally mild. Summers are warm with lots of bright sunny days that are great for all outdoor activities. Winters are short and mild. Spring averages a temperature in the 60’s with scattered showers ending as quickly as they start. Fall brings cool sea breezes and an average temperature of 65 degrees.

Activities: Activities are abundant on and off the island. Swimming, sun bathing, surfing, shells and sharks tooth hunting, dolphin watching, golf, deep sea charter fishing, fishing piers, surf fishing, jet skis, parasailing, miniature golf, go carts, water slides, kayaking, scenic boat tours, scuba and snorkeling, sailing and motor boating in the sound, Intracoastal Waterway, or the ocean.
