Alternatively, savor outdoor cooking on the Weber gas grill. Experience the rich flavors of the Lowcountry in our dining room, providing picturesque views of Blue Heron Lake. Unwind outdoors on our large, screened porch or the expansive lakeside patio with a gas fire pit.
Explore the main level of our home, offering three bedrooms designed for your utmost comfort. The lake-view master suite is a highlight, featuring a king-size bed and an updated private bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms share a renovated hallway bathroom, providing flexible sleeping arrangements--one with a queen and a twin bed, and the other with a queen bed and a bunk bed. Ascend upstairs to discover a spacious master suite that invites relaxation with its king-size bed. This suite includes a sitting area with a full-size futon couch and a private full bathroom featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower.
Experience modern conveniences with high-speed 1 GB WIFI and a handy laptop printer. Enjoy entertainment with Smart TVs located in both the family room and each bedroom. Enjoy your favorite tunes throughout the great room and porch with our Bluetooth receiver and speaker system.
Also included is a 4-seat golf cart, offering a delightful and convenient way to explore the island. Many guests opt to use it as their primary mode of transportation, immersing themselves in the scenic beauty of the surroundings and accessing unique amenities effortlessly.
Guest Cards Included:
Also included in your rental are up to 12 guest cards, a value of up to $600! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.
Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
