Offering 1,800 total square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and two separate living spaces to easily accommodate multi-family getaways. This is the upper unit of a two unit house (Floors 2 and 3). Both units are available as short term rentals. Enjoy walking to nearby entertainment and dining at Cedar Falls Main Street attractions. Other restaurants and other nearby entertainment for both Cedar Falls and Waterloo are all in a 5-15 minute car ride with quick and easy highway access. Local parks, lakes, and bike trails are within minutes as well. For extra large groups consider booking the lower unit as well.

The top two floors duplex was very recently redone and like new. The unit was very clean and that was the most important thing to me. The owners thought of many details to make us feel welcome such as snacks and a book of nearby attractions that was so handy for finding places to eat. It was a safe and wonderful place to spend a few nights!

Our family stayed here while in the area for a wedding. It was comfortable for us with lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed the short walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. Satuday we wandered around the Farmer's Market which was only a block away. We also enjoyed walking on the trails. This rental is also close to the University and would be great if you were in town for a college activity arriver.

Very nice place, lots it room. Well stocked kitchen more than most places. Close to downtown (walking distance) Cedar Falls. Very comfortable beds and pull out couches, In unit washer and dryer. If you are older and have an issue with stairs there are a lot of stairs to get to unit#2 No walk in showers. No screens on windows so hard to open widows because of bugs. For my family it was a wonderful home away from home! Thank you.

The newly remodeled space is bright and welcoming. It is ideal for two couples plus another couple of adults or children. The kitchen is well equipped with excellent quality appliances. (Ninja blender! my wife was thrilled!) We were in CF for Sturgis Falls weekend. The location is an easy walk from downtown, and far enough that we were not bothered at all by late night festivities. Off street parking is available and extra parking on the street is easy to access (with the exception of parade day ;-) Nick and Sarah are excellent communicators and very accommodating. Highly recommend this VRBO!

The house was set up nicely. Well stocked with amenities (towels, dish washing items, bathroom needs - even new toothbrushes, which one of us needed). It was a thoughtful setup The location was also perfect. Four blocks from the heart of Cedar Falls, easy access to everything we needed. I'd stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed at! Loved the location being so close to downtown. Everything inside is very nice and looks brand new. Plenty of space for your family. Host was very responsive and check in/check out very easy. Would highly recommend this for your next Cedar Falls adventure! Would stay here again!

The place had plenty of room for our trip to USA wrestling folkstyle nationals. We had a large group and were able to sleep everyon. The towels were fresh and rooms cleans plenty in the kitchen to cook, store our food. There were games for the kids and it was near downtown close to restaurants and more. Thank you for housing us.
