About this house rental
Guests will enter on the lower (basement) level of the home, through the garage where there's a pop-a-shot basketball game and four (4) 10-speed bikes w/helmets for guests to enjoy during their stay. Just inside is the bunk room with four (4) full beds, and a full bath with a small walk-in shower.
Going up to the main level of the home there is a large living room with a comfy sectional sofa, a wood-burning fireplace and a 65” flat screen TV. Also on this level of the home is the kitchen and the dining area with a large dining table w/seating for 8 -10 guests, the master bedroom with a King bed and a 32” flat screen TV, and a full bath w/tub-shower combination. This level of the home provides access to the front deck with a nice gas grill and a fire pit.
The 3rd level has another guest bedroom with two Queen beds, a 3rd full bath with a small walk-in shower, and a loft area with a game table.
Guests will find that Colonel's Chalet has everything your family needs for a great family vacation and we're sure you will want to come back again and again
IMPORTANT NOTE: Rumbling Bald Resort will provide a maximum of ten (10) guest passes for our guests, although this homes sleeps 12 guests. Children 12 yrs & under do not need passes. Monthly rentals for contracors, etc. do not include resort passes!

**This home IS PET FRIENDLY with the prior approval by management & payment of non-refundable pet fee (Maximum of 2 dogs 80 lbs & under)
