Wake to sea views and the scent of lemon trees at this modern villa set on a residence just a short drive from vibrant Sorrento town. Pop into Sorrento in the evening for leisurely strolls through the picturesque historic centre and relax over dinner at one of the town’s many pizzerias and restaurants.
The villa is equally well placed for trips to the beach and exploring Pompeii and the peninsula’s pretty towns and villages, and with its own private parking spot – a real bonus on the Amalfi Coast! – you can get around easily by car. If you prefer to rely on public transport, the nearest bus stop is just 300m away.
You’ll love the tranquillity of your own private terrace, while the kids will enjoy making friends in the communal pool, shared with other villas in the residence. In addition to the main furnished terrace (accessed from the kitchen) and private enclosed garden, each floor has a balcony with dazzling sea views.
Extending over 167m², the villa is set over 3 floors, with 4 bedrooms, a spacious well-equipped kitchen with dining table and breakfast bar, and open-plan living room. A utility room equipped with washing machine and dryer and a guest bathroom lead off from the kitchen.

Not included in the price, to be paid on site upon arrival:
• Tourist tax 4,00 euros per day per person for the first 7 nights from 1/04 to 31/10. Children under 18 years do not pay
• Damage deposit 300,00 euros
• Final cleaning 370,00 euros
• For arrival after 8:00 PM until midnight a late arrival fee of 60,00 euros will be requested. For arrivals after midnight a late arrival fee of 80,00 euros will be requested.

• Hop on a ferry or hydrofoil from Sorrento port to the stylish island of Capri.
• Naples Capodichino International Airport – 60 km.
Avoid peak season to experience the best of Sorrento and the towns and beaches along the Amalfi Coast.
Need-to-Know
• Although Villa Tittina allows you the luxury of escaping to your little piece of paradise in the countryside, Sorrento and some of the more popular towns on the peninsula get very busy during the months of July and August.
• The region’s mild climate means that visiting in early summer or early autumn is a great option.
• The villa extends across 3 floors, so anyone sleeping on the top floor will have to climb several flights of stairs.
• The nearest supermarket is in Sorrento. However, with a parking space right outside the villa, stocking up on provisions should be easy.
Space, privacy and a shared pool makes Villa Tittina a great family favourite.
