About this house rental
Located in an award winning residential floral neighborhood, this 2-story home has more than 2500 sq. ft. to offer and accommodates group gatherings nicely. It offers free Wi-Fi, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, private bedrooms with real wood bed frames and Serta mattresses, and outdoor pool and dining area. Less than ten minutes away from the Disneyland, this house is a gem with so much to offer.
This property has two buildings on the premises. The front building is solely for the Airbnb guests and the back building is solely for long-term tenants. The two buildings are separated by a backyard and a pool, both of which are to be used exclusively by the Airbnb guests. The two building have their separate entrances.
Up to four vehicles can be parked in the garage and on the driveway. Parking on the street is free, but please look for signs that list the street sweeping hours.
Early check-in can be allowed if there is an availability. Please ask the host the day before your arrival to check the availability.
Late checkout is not allowed as the cleaners have a busy schedule and any time change greatly affects their plan. We charge $50 every 30 minutes if the checkout is after 11 am. This fine is not prorated.

A tenant living in the back building acts as the onsite manager. She can be interacted as much or little as desired during your stay.
The pool/jacuzzi can be heated for an extra charge. To have it heated, a 24-hour-in-advance request is required. The heating needs to be for the duration of the stay. You're welcome to use the pool in the daytime and until 11:30 pm, if you can keep it quiet after the Quiet Hours (9 pm - 9 am).
1. Please respect the neighbors and make 9 pm - 9 am quiet hours during your stay. No parties and events are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule may result in an early termination of the reservation without refund.
2. Drugs (including marijuana) are NOT allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule incurs a fine of $500 and will result in an early termination of the reservation without refund.
3. Smoking is NOT allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule incurs a fine of at least $200 but not greater than $500.
4. Pets are allowed by pre-approval ONLY and we require an additional cleaning fee, $25 for small dogs per day and $45 for big dogs per day. Please contact the host for more details.
5. The house is privately owned; we the homeowners (hereafter referred to as 'The Homeowners') are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
6. Swimming Pool: No lifeguard on duty. No running or horseplay in pool area. No diving. No food or drink. No glass containers or alcoholic drinks. No children under the age of 16 are permitted in the swimming pool without adult supervision at any time. When using the swimming pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. USE THE SWIMMING POOL AT YOUR OWN RISK. The Homeowners are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
7. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
8. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
9. People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
10. Parking: Please park your car exclusively in the garage and on the driveway on Santa Clara Ave. If you have more than four vehicles, you can park your cars on Santa Clara or Baker. Please read the signs for information about street sweeping (currently every Tuesday 7 am - 12 pm). The Homeowners are not held responsible for incidents such as towed vehicles, break-ins, vehicle damages, accidents, injuries and etc.
11. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
