Ok experience . Good price and breakfast.

Soaps offered could be bigger. (I understand what happens to the left overs) . Hot water in the shower was not hot enough!

ビジネス利用としては可もなく不可もなく

部屋自体は十分広く快適そのものだったが、ほかの方の口コミにある通り、今回４泊したがタオルの交換はなかった。ただ宿泊初日に必要ならタオル等を交換する旨を記載した説明書きが渡されるので、必要に応じてお願いすれば問題なし。ゴミはベッドメイキングの方にお願いして捨ててもらうことができました。

海外ホテルの朝食を考えても必要最低限の質であり、もう少し品数があったほうがよいと感じました。

A great property to stay at if you’re visiting Disney or Knott’s Berry Farm

Best hotel during our two week roadtrip

Breakfast was as expected. Pancakes, bread, eggs, cereals juice etc. Room was clean and pools were heated. Smaller pool was even a bit too hot for Finnish :)

2.5☆ older hotel in a great local.

Location, ambiance, breakfast, free at your own risk parking.... they have an ice machine & an elevator and a really good bfast (bacon, powdered scrambled eggs, toast, bagel, cereal, pancakes, coffee, OJ & apple juice 6am to 9am) If they have a pool, I didn't go there. Iron & board Parking was free. Lemon water upon arrival Decent Italian restaurant that delivers Had a maintenance issue, they came right away to fix it.

Room not cooled down upon arrival, broken chair in room (211), TV not working properly. Towels not clean linens not fully cleaned, dirty floor, but housekeeping wouldn't have known unless they walked barefoot. Hotel needs some updating and maintenance

This was a terrible experience

I did not like the experience at Hotel Marguerite. The reason my experience was awful and not satisfied was the room had awful smell which felt like it was not sanitized or organized as arrival. Furthermore, it was difficult for me and my partner to find our room in the beginning without the proper guidelines or assistance, which the staff needs to make more clarification. In the same way, I did not like the fact I was charge another 50$ for any property damage and another 5 $ for parking per night when it was included to the trip , when I had reserved and book my room. I would not recommend coming to this hotel. The reason being they would preferably give you another room vs returning your money.

Customer service and cleanliness top notch

What a breath of fresh air! We actually left another hotel in the area and was able to book here. We where greeted by Jed in a clean and welcoming lobby! During our check in I explained to Jed that I had a bad leg so if possible it would be amazing to be by the elevator or close access. We had gottythere early so we had a bit of time. Jed said that he would love to see what he could do to make our stay more comfortable. He was able to get us a gear room close to the elevator on the 2nd floor and was very thorough on our check in and Hotel policy. Making sure to ask if we where rewards members AAA ect. He is a fantastic face for your establishment. We definitely will be back when we are in the area.

Wish your hot tubs had jets and the coffee they leave in the room was strange. Iced vanilla latte? But your breakfast was on point. Also every employee we came in contact with was amazing

We could have stayed in another hotel for the same price. The free breakfast was a come on, but in the end was not worth

Good location, close to everything you need. Restaurants, grocery, Costco, etc.

It’s not clean. The elevator during our stay was hardly cleaned at all. There is no scheduled cleaning of the room, I had to call for housekeeping. There was no variety in the breakfast. We stayed there for August 22-36, and 5 days the same menu each time. On our last day, I simply did not get down for breakfast.

Overall our stay was amazing, I would stay here again . Service was great staff took care of our toilet issues. And the

The property was nice. We felt safe and liked how there was gated parking. The exterior of the hotel was pretty . The inside was a bit dated but was still okay.

There was a smell throughout the whole down stair hall way near the pool area that smelled like musty wet dirty laundry. It was quite unpleasant. Also plumbing in our room restroom was not working our toilet would clog very easily and would not flush.

In town for a short weekend trip and we found the hotel a nice place to stay for the money spent.

Relatively easy stay and staff was very nice.

We could hear noise from the hallway VERY clearly. Some nights the noise from people in the hall woke us up from sleeping.

The young man working front desk check-in was great. He was accommodating and quick getting the room I needed for wheel chair access. The room was clean, easily accessible with wheel chair, very comfortable, and had all the amenities, everything in great condition and working order. The best place so far out of all the other hotels I've stayed at in the same area over the last 6 months.
