Welcome to the sought-after serene spot on the coast of Topsail Island, 204 Porto Vista Drive. A beautiful 3-bedroom 2.5 bathroom Second-row single-family home that sleeps up to 9 guests and is calling your name! As you make your way into this home, you’ll notice all the fun that the ground level has to offer including a ping-pong table, an air hockey table, a beach wagon for your convenience, and more. Venture up to the second level and you’ll find all the charming bedrooms with coastal colors, soothing mattresses, and a sense of peace and tranquility. The Master King-size bedroom is spacious with access to the balcony as well as a large en-suite bathroom that offers a double vanity sink and inviting bathtub. Down the hall is the washer and dryer, then enter the Queen-size bedroom, which also has access to the balcony, as well as a full bath next door to it. At the end of the hall, you’ll find the third bedroom which offers a Twin over Full bunk bed, perfect for little ones or a group of friends. As you make your way to the top level, you will find yourself entering the living room or as we say, the heart of the home where relaxation is combined with the coastal haven of living the beach life. There is plenty of space to cozy up with a cup of coffee in one hand and a book in the other, or watch your family’s favorite movie! A Queen sleeper sofa and a half bath are also available in this space. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to make or enjoy a meal at the dining table. As the day winds down, step out onto the balcony or ascend to the crow's nest perched atop the home, where breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline and the sound await. Sip on cocktails as you watch the sunset paint the sky in hues of pink and gold, a spectacle that never fails to awe and inspire. This property also offers a community dock as well as private community beach access located just down the road and across the street. Hurry!
