This exclusive, newly built contemporary villa consists of a main house and an annex. Set on two levels, the manor house features bright, cosy interiors with large glass doors open onto the garden and the surrounding landscape.
At guests' disposal: private pool (21 x 8 meters, minimum depth 0,80 meters and maximum depth 1,80 meters); private jacuzzi (2.20 x 3.20 metres; depth: 1 m.) open from 01/01 to 31/12 and heated at 28°C; wellness area with sauna and a treadmill; air conditioning; internet Wi-Fi; 5 TV, satellite receiver.
Included in the rental price: tidy up of the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, 6 hours per midweek. Bath, bedroom and pool towels: midweek change.
Distances:all kind of shops 1,5 km, seaside-sand beach 3 km, Taormina 20 km, Catania 40 km, Etna (Nicolosi) 44 km, Catania airport 50 km, Siracusa 105 km.

MANOR HOUSE
Ground floor: Large living area with living room, dining room and kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machines), 1 bathroom with shower, laundry room, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and jacuzzi, 2 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower, wellness area (sauna).
First floor: (access through an external staircase): living area, dining area, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machines), 1 double bedroom (with king size bed) with private bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom (sink and toilet).
ANNEX
Ground floor:(accessible only from the outside and not communicating with each other) 2 double bedroom with bathrooms with shower. Patio with pergola, garden.
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
Arrival between 17:00 and 21:00
Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
Pool open from 1 January to 31 December

Late Arrival (on request): 30.00€
