Our commitment to prompt service means we're here to help anytime, although our official hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM. In emergencies requiring immediate attention, please text us to ensure your issue is addressed urgently. For less urgent matters outside office hours, we appreciate your patience, allowing our team to spend valuable time with their families.
We strive to offer our guests privacy while remaining readily available for any questions or concerns. Note that for issues like being locked out or losing your keys, fees apply: $300 for lost keys/fobs, $100 for lockouts from 8AM to 8PM, and $200 for lockouts from 8PM to 8AM.
Additionally, please avoid seeking assistance from the C Apartment reception, as they are not affiliated with us and will charge $60 for any help. We aim to provide direct and cost-effective support.

BUNK SUITE: Features a cozy bunk bed, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and drawers for your belongings.

Our home boasts two generously sized living areas, each furnished with large Smart TVs, comfortable lounge seating, reverse cycle air-conditioners, and ducted air-conditioning for your ultimate comfort.
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen awaits you, complete with a dishwasher and microwave, making meal preparation a breeze.
Bathroom Two: Features a large bathtub, shower, and toilet - perfect for soaking after a long day exploring or beach-going.
Patio: Step outside to a delightful garden area where an outdoor shower, hammock, comfortable outdoor furniture, and a ping pong table invite you to relax and have fun.

The house has surveillance cameras overlooking the garage and front door to keep guests and their cars safe. There is also a noise monitoring device in the living area.
We are close to the ocean and while we strive to keep our windows clear from salt from the sea carried by wind and condensation, this is difficult to manage at times especially during storm season. We have a hose on the balcony that you can use to wash down the windows if need be and a squeegie under the sink for those guests who would like to give the windows a wash if need be so they can enjoy the views even more!
It’s a peaceful neighbourhood and we like to ensure that we continue to have great relationships with our neighbours. Please ensure that if you are bringing dogs, they are supervised at all times and not just left to bark in the backyard or left unattended. We want to continue to keep our home pet friendly.
We are NDIS friendly and have this or a number of other properties that may cater for your specific needs. We can potentially access support/carers for families that may require it. Please enquire.

- We are in a very respectful neighbourhood.
- Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 7am
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info. We are approved by Airbnb to do so.
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $65 per night per item used
- Booking tax notice: Beginning 12 November 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation
You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints.
All repairs will be affected as soon as practicable.
On public holidays and after hours it may at times prove difficult to get tradespeople straight away. We
will always do everything we can to minimise inconvenience caused but cannot issue partial refunds or give discounts.
Maintenance issues will not be cause for discounts or refunds. Please report any maintenance issues, if any, as soon as possible after your arrival, so that we can have the opportunity to rectify for you in a timely and efficient manner
Only the number of persons advised on the website and confirmed booking, are permitted to occupy the premises.
In the event of renovation/building work being carried out near the premises, such work is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance, noise or inconvenience you may suffer as a result. No discount will be negotiated for any of the above.
*We want to make sure that everyone who stays with us is safe and protected. That's why we strongly suggest that all of our guests have travel insurance. This will help cover the cost of any unexpected changes to your travel plans, like if you need to cancel your stay with us. Our cancellation policy is strict but if you have travel insurance, it can help you get a refund if you need to cancel. If you don't have travel insurance yet, we recommend contacting your insurance company to learn more about your options. Some credit cards provide free travel insurance.
