Gather together to watch a movie on one of the flat screen TVs. Air-conditioning is available on the upper two levels of this home. The lower levels are naturally cooler and easily managed by opening windows and letting in the mountain breezes.
The main floor features the great room, with huge vaulted ceilings, a beautiful spacious open-concept kitchen and dining area, and a well-furnished living area in front of the stone fireplace and flat-screen TV. Large floor-to-ceiling windows frame stunning mountain views. A well appointed kitchen ready for family or group meals is open to the living area. Adoor to the left of the kitchen leads out to the wraparound deck (every floor has its own).
The main floor deck features a gas grill which is easily accessible from the kitchen, making grilling and cooking a breeze.
This property has six bedrooms located throughout the four story home. The master bedroom is located on the main floor, with gas fireplace, ensuite jetted tub with fireplace and flat-screen TV. The additional bedrooms have 3 king beds, 4 queen beds, and 7 twin beds located on the remaining lower 3 levels of the home.
Sitting just 4 miles and 5 minutes from Estes Park, this spacious mountain getaway will provide a great mix of seclusion and easy access to all of the best activities in the area. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms made this a perfect recipe for a drama free holiday. There was a full complement of dishwater and plenty of casseroles for our large group.

Had a great time at Cascade Mountain Retreat. The house accommodated our group just right. Lots of space and the neighborhood has a great playground for our young kids. Close to RMNP and downtown Estes. Worked out great. Would stay there again.

If you are interested in visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and enjoying everything available in Estes Park, Cascades is a perfect place to stay. It is located in a very quiet, small development between a swift river and forested mountain. We vacationed with our extended family of grandparents, two sets of parents, and five children. The house has four floors: one main floor with a great room, laundry room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The other floors were mostly bedrooms. This was perfect for us--each family unit had a private floor for sleeping and all could gather in the great room and kitchen for meals and to catch up on the activities of the day. The house is five minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and five minutes from downtown Estes Park. We explored the park, enjoyed horseback riding, spent a half day on ATVs, and the kids enjoyed a challenging ropes course. I highly recommend this house.

We had a family reunion/wedding in Estes. Cascade was the perfect home for all of our guests. The location was fabulous, close to town, Rocky Mountain National Park, local hikes etc. Our only complaint was the cleanlessness of the kitchen ie oven, pots and pans, etc. We had 2 family dinners there and the dining tables were perfect for that! The grill was right on the deck! Im guessing the cleaning crew just overlooked a few area's but it is totally correctable. We would recommend this place for any large group gathering. Thank you

This property is in a word...MAGNIFICENT! Our daughter and her fiancé were getting married at the Stanley Hotel and everyone in their families and their wedding party (which consisted of newly commissioned Army and Air Force Officers) were able to stay together and share the cost. The views and amenities are unmatched! The only things that I would suggest for improvements are newer kitchen supplies (pots and pans) and more serving/cooking utensils. There was no can opener, so we bought one and left it there.... the oven didn't work, so we moved what needed baking to the outdoor grill and made things work. Adapt and overcome! We would without hesitation rent this property again!!! Everyone LOVED it!!!

This was the perfect place to stay for our command staff retreat for six people. We had an area to work but also had the ability to have privacy with our own rooms. The oven had some issues the first night but we figured out that running the grill at the same time was the cause. Not sure if that's because of the time of year or not, but you can't use the grill and the oven at the same time. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

10/10. Wonderful location and a perfect home for a family gatherings. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating space for meals. The beds were comfortable and the views are incredible off the back decks. There are 4 floors of living space, but each level has their own deck and view. The home is rented as having space for ten people, but feels far more spacious. There are a lot of steps to get to most of the bedrooms, so not a good home for those with disabilities.
