The villa is distributed over two floors and the garden offers various spaces that promote relaxation and enjoyment for all:
Main floor:Three bedrooms: two double rooms (1,50x1,80) and one room with bunk beds (the top bunk has a safety barrier to prevent falls, size of beds 0,80x1,80mt).Two bathrooms: one with a shower and another with a bathtub and shower combination.Living room with sliding doors leading to a terrace, seamlessly combining indoor and outdoor living.Laundry room that functions as a second kitchen, equipped with a fridge/freezer and induction plates for added convenience.Lower floor:One additional spacious double bedroom.Bathroom with bathtub and shower combination.Very spacious fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs for a breakfast in smaller group and access to the garden.
Living room of 80 square meters, perfect for movie nights or family gatherings, furnished with comfortable sofas, TV, and dining table.Very spacious fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs for a breakfast in smaller group and access to the garden.Direct access to the terrace with sun loungers, the pool, the covered veranda, and the garden.
The garden offers various spaces:A covered terrace with table and chairs for enjoyable outdoor meals.A large terrace with 6 sun loungers where you can soak up the sun. The terrace has an awning if you wish to escape the sun during the hottest hours.The green area around the private pool also offers different shaded areas thanks to the trees.A spacious barbecue area.
Other highlights:Private pool (7 x 3.5 meters) and six sun loungers for endless hours of relaxation.Shaded areas and covered terrace to escape the midday sun.Parking: One garage space and one parking space with a gate for stress-free arrival and departure. Additionally, free parking for additional cars outside the villa. No need for a car: You can reach all shops, restaurants, and the beach within a 10-minute walk.Quiet location: The villa is located on a street with very little traffic as it is accessed only by neighbors, while being very central.All rooms have ceiling fans, except the bunk bed room which has a wall fan.
Additional information:A cot and high chair can be provided upon request. No smoking allowed in the house .Pets are allowed - max 2.Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included in the price for all guests.Groups of young people under 25 and parties are not allowed in this house. Families and couples looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday are more than welcome. The tourist tax is not included in the price.
