Rivendell is nestled in the picturesque countryside on the Suffolk/Norfolk border. Offering a tranquil family-friendly escape situated in a mature 3-acre garden bustling with wildlife.
The property is set across two floors, boasting a sitting room with wood-burning stove, kitchen, dining room, utility room, bedroom and cloakroom on the ground floor, and three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor.
The property sits in the middle of a fantastic 3-acre garden with a large fenced pond and mature trees - perfect for exploring. There is a climbing wall, children play house, swings and a trampoline for guests to enjoy (used at guests own risk). In addition make the most of the outdoor furniture and firepit whilst taking admiring the surroundings.
Please note maximum of 6 adults and 2 children due to the bunk beds being only suitable for children.
Amenities: Electric heating with wood-burning stove. Electric oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric drying rack, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Smart TV, Free Sat, WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for 4 cars. 3-acre garden with lawn, furniture, children's toys and a fire pit. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: Dogs are only allowed on the ground-floor and are not to be let on the furniture or left unattended, and if you wish to bring a dog, it must be mentioned at the time of booking. Please note maximum of 6 adults and 2 children due to the bunk beds being only suitable for children.

Town: Located on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, Harleston nestles in the beautiful Waveney Valley within easy reach of the Suffolk Heritage Coast and with endless beautiful towns and villages just a short drive away. This friendly town offers ancient inns, charming individual shops, good restaurants and cafes, an art gallery and local museum, and a weekly market. Enjoy antique auctions, country walks from your doorstep, angling and birdwatching. Endless day trips include the Aviation & Steam Train Museums, Castles, Cathedrals, Breweries, Vineyards, the famous Norfolk Broads, and the Sandringham Estate. Nearby Bungay boasts many historic attractions, the ruins of Bigod's Castle, Buttercross, a Spring Garden market, a Summer antiques fair and Christmas Market, attracting many people each year. A 30 minute drive to the fabulous Suffolk coast brings you to magical Southwold with its famous amber shop, and even nearer is the market town of Beccles at the head of the Broads.
