There is a covered terrace with beautiful bamboo ceiling and fans, wet bar, 2 outdoor dining tables, Weber gas BBQ, outdoor shower, pool side loungers, luxury outdoor garden furniture.
A large, uncovered balcony offering amazing views of the ocean and the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine and watch the sunset color the western sky.

As you transition from the captivating outdoor surroundings to the inviting air conditioned indoor space, you enter the great room with vaulted ceilings providing space for family and friends to gather.
A well-equipped gourmet kitchen is a chefs dream with quality appliances, and dishwasher, breakfast bar. Dining table and seating for 6.
Sink into the plush living room furniture with flat screen TV available for streaming your favorite shows.
There is a dedicated workstation equipped with desk, chair, 300 mbs internet connection, allowing you to stay connected and focused.
Principle Bedroom with King size bed, spacious ensuite, AC, Oceanview and patio doors opening to the pool area.
Second Bedroom with Queen size - bed, AC and patio door opening to the pool area.
Full Bathroom
Third Bedroom with TV and Queen Bunks with comfortable queen size mattress. Soft bedding and plush pillows to provide a welcoming haven, and AC.
Well-appointed laundry room with dryer and new washing machine making it easy to tackle your laundry needs during your vacation.
Half Bath located conveniently near the main living area.
Casa La Dulce Vida also includes a backyard with fruit trees and tropical gardens. A private oasis to unwind. Around dawn, listen to the birds overhead and the howler monkeys in the trees across the valley.
Other things to note
The Pacifico luxury development is gated with 24/7 security. It is a premier development offering hiking trails, children’s play area, tennis and pickleball courts, and several enormous swimming pools.
Pacifico Sports Complex offers tennis and pickle ball courts, mini soccer and basketball for your enjoyment. Guests are permitted to use the courts from 10am to 3pm and reservations are required.
Pacifico offers a complementary shuttle to and from the the Pacifico Beach Club several times daily. There is no need to enter the club to enjoy the beach, but the $25 per guest entry- fee applies to food and beverages at the club, and gives guests access to the beach club infinity pools, grounds, towels, beach-side lounge chairs, and parking for your car or golf cart. You may also choose just to go walk and swim on the 3km-long sand beach, with its generally gentle waves and warm but refreshing waters. There is also free on-street parking.
