Bedroom Two: Second Primary suite located on the second floor (third level) featuring a king sized bed, fluffy duvet and white linens with large closet, walk-in shower in the luxury ensuite. Deck access overlooking the cove and main water with private seating. Large smart TV and ceiling fan.

Bedroom Three: Beautifully appointed room with queen sized bed, fluffy duvet and white linens with large windows overlooking the cove. Smart TV and ceiling fan.

Bedroom Four: Custom bunk room with 4 Twin XL and 2 Twin bunks for a total of 6 beds. Fluffy duvets and white linens on all beds. Big, bright room with lots of light, overlooking the cove. Smart TV and ceiling fan.

Living Room: Brand new queen sized pull out is available in the main living room (second floor) with high-end foam mattress and white linens.

The deck is connected directly to the top dock deck and has stairs that lead to the first level.

Adjacent to the kitchen and living room is a spacious and stylish powder room. Just across from it, you'll find a fully-equipped laundry room boasting a large-capacity Samsung washer and dryer.

When you book our property, you gain exclusive access to the entire residence, yard and boat dock and slip.

I am always a text away during your stay, but I also want to respect your privacy. So while I will be quick to respond to your needs, I will not continually text you during your stay.

The home can accommodate up to 14 guests. There are no extra charges for guests. Please do not exceed the maximum number without communicating with the host beforehand.

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our home that is maintained by our 5 star cleaning team.
We are a pet free and allergy friendly home.
We have a cleaning service, but common courtesy still applies. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred if property is left a mess. Rate of $100/hour

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Guest will be required to sign a renter's agreement. The agreement will be sent via booking channel, email and/or SMS upon booking. Please check your spam if it's not in your inbox.

Guest will be required to settle a $500 security deposit with host offline, this will be held and released 7 days after your stay assuming there's no damage in our unit.

PET POLICY

We do not allow pets, this is an allergy friendly home. We are aware of the value service animals bring to people, and of AirBnB's policy of allowing service animals without discrimination, unless health and safety becomes an issue. My children suffer from severe pet allergies and this is our living space when not hosting guests. As such we can only welcome non-shedding/no dander companions to our house as we need to guarantee the health of our children.

There will be a $1000 fine for guests who bring unauthorized pets.

SERVICE ANIMALS

State Law Requirements for Service Animals: Service Animals must be under the control of its handler at all times and must have a harness, leash, or other tether, unless the handler is unable because of a disability. This means it must never be left in the home alone or unattended. Any service animals left unattended in the home will be deemed pets and charged a $1000 pet fine.

We do not accept ESA animals.
