Welcome to your tropical getaway at the Kaanapali Royal Resort in the vibrant Kaanapali Beach Resort area. Our remodeled condo offers two bedrooms and two full en-suite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience during your stay. H101 features a spacious open concept main living space that flows seamlessly from the full kitchen, for preparing delicious meals and snacks at your convenience, through the dining area, the relaxing living room area, and out to the large outdoor lanai. As you step outside, you'll be greeted by lush tropical landscapes leading you to the inviting pool and hot tub, just a few steps away. Whether you're lounging poolside or unwinding in the hot tub, you'll be surrounded by the beauty of Maui's natural surroundings. Located close to Kaanapali Beach and Whalers Village, you're just moments away from pristine sandy shores and an array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Explore the vibrant scenery or simply relax on the beach under the Hawaiian sun. Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both, this condo at the Kaanapali Royal Resort provides the perfect base for your Maui vacation. -Large ground floor furnished lanai with views of lush tropical landscape leading to the swimming pool and hot tub
-First bedroom with King size bed and access to the furnished lanai outside
-Second bedroom with 2 Twin beds that can be converted to a King bed (must request prior to arrival)
-Sleeper-sofa in living room
-Flatscreen TV’s in living room and primary bedroom.
-Fully equipped kitchen
-Features both Keurig and Drip coffee makers(Keurig K-Cups not provided. Can be purchased at most grocery stores)
-Indoor dining table seating for 4
-Outdoor dining table seating for 6, and a bistro table with chairs just outside the primary bedroom doors
-2 full en-suite bathrooms. Primary bathroom has a combination tub/shower, and the secondary bathroom has a step in shower only
-In-unit washer/dryer
PARKING FEE: The resort requires guests to check-in at the on-site front desk and pay a flat rate parking fee of $154. This fee is paid to the on-site front desk directly by all guests parking overnight.

You can spend your days on the beach and go back to your quiet secluded condo to relax and enjoy a drink or dinner on your lanai! Kaanapali is 5 minutes to the south of Napili and Kapalua.

**Safety and cleanliness procedures implemented may be adjusted in consideration of local practices, government requirements and guidance, and the situation where the condo is located.
BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.
IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.

We had a wonderful stay! It was spotless, beds were comfortable, great location and just a short walk to the beach, well appointed and plenty of room for our family of six. We really enjoyed dinners on the large patio watching the sunset and being so close to the pool. When we reached out to Coconut Condos for a few items they immediately responded and had the items in our place within hours. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, well stocked condo with beach chairs and an incredible lanai. Location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants, without being too busy. Beds were comfortable. Primary bedroom and bath were awesome! We would stay there again.

We loved our stay here. The condo is right by the pool which our kids loved. It is a bit of a hike to the beach, a little bit over a half a mile if you follow the cart path. It’s not bad at all and definitely was worth the savings plus we loved having our own kitchen and the parking was very close and easy to get in and out of.
We had a slight maintenance issue with the guest shower, which the part was not available on the island so I was offered a small credit. Those things happen, and I wouldn’t judge this property by that experience. I would recommend this location and property to anyone looking for a space to accommodate kids, parking to get in and out for activities across the island and with access to a pool and grill all near the beach. And its walking distance to a number of beach restaurants and shops at Whalers Village.

We really enjoyed our recent stay with our granddaughter. This property met or exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect…quiet, yet close enough to walk to Kanaapali beach and Whaler’s Village restaurants. Loved the outdoor lanai and roominess of the condo. If you’re looking for a perfect Maui retreat we highly recommend this unit!

Our family stayed at Kaanapali Royal for two weeks end of Jan-early Feb 2022 and we loved this unit! Being able to walk out and play with the kids in the yard or pop by the pool easily was a huge bonus. We really enjoyed having the sunshine on the lanai in the afternoon. In terms of amenities, it had everything we were looking for. The walk to the Whaler’s Village/Kaanapali beach was doable but pretty long for the kids as cutting across the golf course is prohibited. It would have been nice to have our own BBQ on the lanai but the poolside BBQs were in excellent condition. We would definitely come back!

This condo is spacious with high ceilings and is generous in size. We were 2 couples staying in this clean, well appointed and updated condo. 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms is a rare find on Maui and we certainly enjoyed the layout. Great Lanai and you are steps to the great pool/spa/BBQ area. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we are on Maui.
