It is located in a quiet, sunny, residential area on top of a hill, just 400 meters from the sea and the beach.

The villa boasts a private, heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) with an internal staircase and an unconventional pool shape. There is also a WC in the pool area, a terrace, and garden furniture for outdoor relaxation. The villa is surrounded by a yard, providing ample outdoor space.

The owner does not accept any groups or youth groups, and the keys' handover takes place through the agency Interhome in Roses.

The first floor comprises three bedrooms, each equipped with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. These rooms feature access to a balcony. The second floor has an open living/dining area with satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as access to the terrace, swimming pool, and views of the south and west. Additionally, there is a fourth bedroom on this level with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, also with access to the terrace and pool.

The villa is well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, satellite TV, heating, a microwave, and televisions. It can accommodate a maximum capacity of 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The open kitchen features an oven, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules, as well as a cooking island. Outside, there is a large terrace with furniture and 4 deck chairs, providing a perfect spot to enjoy the breathtaking sea views.
