PROPERTY AMENITIES:
✓Situated just minutes from Ottawa & Stittsville amenities, The Farm Haus is a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on 40-acres of land with an open-plan kitchen, living room with fireplace, front porch, and back patio.
✓This newly renovated home The house is spacious and fits 12 guests comfortably. ✓Outfitted with amenities that include patio dining & lounge furniture, propane BBQ, and three Smart TVs.
✓Comfortable bedding and cotton towels are supplied with extras onsite.
✓Wi-Fi is of course provided throughout the entire house.
HOUSE TOUR:
✓Outfitted with amenities that include patio dining & lounge furniture, propane BBQ, and three Smart TVs. After cooking yourself a hearty breakfast and making a Nespresso in the bright and spacious kitchen, cozy up in the kitchen's eating area where you'll enjoy the view of our apple trees.
✓The kitchen is equipped with all the tools, appliances, and serve ware you'd need to prepare a chef's quality meal at home. For formal lunches and dinners, enjoy sitting in our beautiful dining room with a canopied chandelier just off the kitchen.
✓Take post-dinner drinks into the spacious living room, which is outfitted with plenty of cozy touches, like a leather sectional, plush blankets, and armchairs in front of the gas fireplace.
✓Watch your favorite movies on our three sound system equipped 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and other apps you might have by Simply using your login credentials and enjoy!
✓Need to do laundry? There is a spacious laundry area in the mudroom, located off the garage and deck. It features an LG washer, dryer, sink, and plenty of coat storage space. A 4-piece bathroom is conveniently located off the mudroom as well, complete with farm house touches. Take a bath and relax!
•Bedrooms on main level:
✓The primary bedroom on the main level has a king-sized bed, 55-inch smart TV, and adjoining 4-piece bathroom with double sinks.
✓Bedroom 2 is sunny and peaceful, and has a queen-sized bed and desk.
✓Bedroom 3 features two twin beds and has a beautiful view of the apple trees.
•Bedrooms on second level:
The other three bedrooms are located on the second level along with a convenient 4-piece bathroom.
✓Bedroom 4 has a queen-sized bed and has a beautiful view of the back fields.
✓Bedroom 5 is bright and features a queen-sized bed and sweet vintage touches. ✓Bedroom 6 is the primary bedroom on the second level and has a king-sized bed. It is bright and airy, and has a beautiful view of the back fields.
