Step into the cosy embrace of this traditional Cornish cottage and immerse yourself in the inviting warmth of the open-plan living room. A crackling wood burner awaits, offering solace on chilly winter evenings. Sink into the plush sofas and unwind for a leisurely evening in. The adjoining modern kitchen beckons, tempting you to indulge in some home-cooking or alternatively stroll into town to dine at one of the wonderful local restaurants. The shower room is located to the rear of this floor and features a shower over the bath, and a WC. As the day winds down, head upstairs to discover the main bedroom with a king-size bed, an enchanting original feature fireplace and ample wardrobe space. The second bedroom, a double, also featuring a charming feature fireplace, is a cosy room with its own convenient cloakroom.
A little decked area to the rear provides a private, outdoor seating space, a quiet spot for a morning coffee or evening aperitif.
