For the 2024 season, all new furnishings and freshly painted, providing a coastal and updated feel throughout. Step inside and be greeted by the charming covered porch, a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Spacious and cozy front living room with pull-out sofa and wood burning fireplace. Secondary living room off the kitchen with additional pull-out sofa perfect for overflow. Newly renovated chef's kitchen with breakfast nook and high end appliances throughout featuring gas stove and more. The rear deck offers ample space for outdoor entertaining, allowing you to host gatherings with ease. Newly renovated mudroom area includes a washer and dryer and full shower bath. 3 bedrooms; Primary King bedroom, bedroom #2 features two Queens and a twin, third Queen guest bedroom. Full hall bath with shower/tub combo. Stay comfortable year-round with central A/C, ensuring that you can relax and unwind no matter the weather.
