We are a 15 minute walk down a hill to Tlaquepaque and a 25 minute walk to Uptown.
The space
Ascend through four levels of luxury living, where each of the four bedrooms is accompanied by its own luxurious bathroom. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or hosting a family gathering, Quail Ridge offers ample space and privacy for an unforgettable Sedona escape.

☀ Primary bedroom with king sized bed, wardrobe, balcony, and spacious ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, copper soaking tub, double vanity sinks, and private balcony
☀ 1st Guest bedroom with king sized bed, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
☀ 2nd Guest bedroom with king sized bed, thunder mountain views, and full bathroom with combo tub and shower located across the hall
☀Main Level☀
☀ The main level as you enter the home features the primary living room with a comfortable seating area, Smart TV, and queen sized pull out bed
☀Lower Level☀
☀ Down the stairs from the living room is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area with dining space for 8 and barstool seating for 4
☀ 3rd Guest bedroom with two queen sized beds and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
☀Game Room☀
☀ On the last level is the large game room featuring a pool table, shuffle board, foosball, Smart TV, seating area, and 20' sliding glass door to access the spacious wrap around deck with 360 views of Sedona
☀ Next to the game room is the laundry room and half bath
☀Outdoor Space☀
☀ The outdoor space features a huge wrap around 600 sq. ft deck with 360 red rock views
☀ Outdoor lounge seating and bartop seating
☀ Multiple decks and patios accessible from living spaces and bedrooms
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except for locked supply closets.
Other things to note
The home is a four level house and has several steps throughout the home and may be challenging for guests with mobility issues.
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.
☀Attention Guests Booking for June - October Dates☀
There will be ongoing pool construction in the backyard of this home from Monday-Friday. We have discounted the rates for weekdays this summer due to the construction.
Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.
