We are conveniently located within a few miles to Uptown, hiking trails, shops & restaurants. Guests may enjoy our communities private access to the river.
With 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 private ensuite bathrooms, 1 shared full bathroom, and expansive living areas, there's ample room for everyone to unwind and savor the beauty of Sedona. The fully equipped kitchen with a large island, viking range, and spacious dining area; is the perfect space for preparing meals. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating, a pool table, 75" Smart TV, and incredible views out the floor to ceiling windows.
Step outside and immerse yourself in the unparalleled beauty of Sedona's landscape. Featuring expansive views of Mammoth Rock, Courthouse Butte, Bell Rock, Schnebly Hill, and surrounding red rocks. The outdoor area has plenty of space to gather including a 400 sq. ft. deck cantilevered off the cliffside, a 6-person salt water hot tub, hammocks, dining area, firepit, and sun lounging space.

We are located in a quiet and private neighborhood, please be respectful of our neighbors. No guests in addition to registered overnight guests are allowed on the property without prior approval. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.
To access the property, guests will need to drive across a low water bridge over Oak Creek to get to the house. On rare occasions after major storms, water level can rise above the level of the bridge. This is most likely to occur during rainy months from mid February to mid March. Do not attempt to cross the bridge when there is significant water overflowing the bridge. When the bridge is overflowing, guests will need to park at the lower parking area before the bridge and use the foot suspension bridge to cross the river and access the house.
