OVERVIEW: Settle down and make memorable vacation memories at this Dewey Beach penthouse! Stunning Sun-Filled Ocean Block Penthouse Condo with Amazing Ocean Views! This entire top-floor condo with an elevator is just steps to the sand and surf! Completely renovated with top-of-the-line finishes. Sleeping ten people comfortably, this penthouse offers four bedrooms with two primary bedrooms and a sunroom set up with a sleep sofa, blackout curtains, and doors for privacy. It has a lovely, large open floor plan, a designer kitchen with a kitchen island, and access to a huge terrace with ocean views and seating. The sunroom can be converted into an airy screened porch, dining to accommodate ten at the kitchen table, plus an island. No detail was left behind so guests could have a great beach experience!
LOCATION: Mere minutes from various beaches, when your toes aren't dug into the warm sand, check out Gordon's Pond State Park Area, the Rehoboth Beach Country Club, and Jungle Jim's Water Park. Midway Speedway Park offers a high-octane experience for the whole family, while the Midway Par 3 Golf Course is perfect for mellow afternoons on the links. Go for scenic rides together on the Junction and Breakwater Trail, then hit one of the many delicious local restaurants before returning to your vacation home.
PARKING: Assigned parking for two vehicles.

THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel This condo rents Friday through Friday during the prime summer season. Pets are not permitted, and linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package for guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
