This large and sunny multi-level home is located on a beach block in the heart of downtown Dewey Beach. With the beach just steps from your door, you’re sure to have a fun vacation adventure. This home is perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy meals together on the rooftop deck or in the formal dining room. Gather in the living room for a group movie night. The home has two TV rooms, so guests will never need to compromise on what to watch. At night, rest well in the beautifully appointed bedrooms.
THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
