The open design welcomes you into a luxurious desert escape. As light trickles in from the windows overlooking the vibrant outdoors, move freely throughout the home. With the kitchen equipped with an array of cooking supplies, every meal is a masterpiece. Relax in any of the stunning 3 bedrooms; plus a bunk room with a full size and twin size bunk bed. Not big on TV? No problem, jump in the pool, play a game of corn hole, mini basketball or gather around one of the tables for family game time. You can rest easy knowing that not only is a lovely place to stay with plenty of amenities, but it can comfortably house you and all your guests.

Please respect our awesome neighbors by keeping the area quiet and peaceful. No parties. Please keep music by the pool at respectful levels.
Scottsdale, AZ short term rental maximum people ordinances apply during stay
Noise ordinance: 10pm - 6am
Please do not touch or adjust any of the pool equipment. Our staff will take care of everything to ensure the pool stays in perfect condition for your enjoyment. Any damage will result in a minimum of a $500 fee. If you have any concerns or need assistance, just let us know, and we'll be happy to help!
Pool heat is available for $100/day.
There is a late checkout fee of $100 if guests are at the property more than 30 minutes after the agreed checkout time.
No pets are allowed at the property. There is a $350 pet fee if pets are brought to the property.
Up to 4 cars are allowed to park.
Insurance info:
If pool heat is purchased the pool will be set to 80 degrees.
We require photo ID to be submitted & the guest agreement to be signed prior to check in.
Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival!
