A short 2-3 minute walk from the family- and dog-friendly Circuit Beach, the property is at the end of a no-through road, ensuring you feel miles away from the world. Nestled high among native bushland with ocean views, this private sanctuary features a cosy open-plan living area with a comfortable leather couch and a free-standing fireplace. The master queen bedroom has a leafy outlook and access to the back garden, while the second bedroom contains a bunk bed and a single bed, perfect for children. The house offers two bathrooms, one on each level, both with a toilet and shower, providing convenience for guests. With its tranquil setting and easy beach access, this retreat promises a relaxing stay in a truly serene environment.

Walking, cycling, and driving are the best ways to explore Malua Bay as public transport options are limited. Bowerbird is approximately a 4 hour drive from Sydney, a 3 hour drive from Wollongong and a 2hr drive from Canberra. If you’re venturing a little further out, a short drive away you will find yourself in the bustling coastal towns of Bateman’s Bay or Moruya. From here you can explore the many hidden treasures of the region, such as Mogo Zoo, Bateman’s Bay Heritage Museum, the Mill Bay Boardwalk, the Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Gardens, or the renowned Birdland Animal Park.
