They said they had only opened a week earlier, but stuff was already broken (showers etc)

Lift seemed to work well

Rooms with supposed river view have mainly a view of a large construction site, plus they are very noisy from the road traffic all night. Cheaper room with no river view but okay view of the city are much quieter. Location is poor, not much around, would be better to stay other side of the night markets I think. Careful of the staff, everyone pays a deposit but on checkout if you think for a second you’ve lost your copy of the receipt the staff clam up mighty fast and blank you, even though one of them was the one we paid the deposit to and they would have the carbon copy in there book. Took us 2 minutes to find our receipt but it was interesting to see the general staff reaction, maybe they get a cut if they get to keep the deposits!

Great value, would stay again!

Great value. Beds were soft with nice linen, towels were fresh and the bathroom was spacious. Access to fridge/kettlw/coffee/tea. Balcony with partial river views (partly blocked by new construction)

Bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Looks like someone sprayed juice or soda by the sink wall which wasn’t cleaned. Also some lights not working
