Place was run down, but clean. It would have been nice to know that the beach access was unavailable due to hurricane.

I was in town to spread some of my sister’s ashes and a friend’s ashes. I travel a lot and I want to say the staff here are all extremely friendly. At check in Sherry was extremely helpful and very nice. I have a medical condition and they were able to accommodate my needs. I had a slight issue with my first room after the first night but after speaking with Eddie it was quickly resolved. Eddie is a very funny guy and very polite also. They were very happy to move me to a better room and it was even an upgrade. The manager Rodger is a very nice man and if you have any concerns or issues he is very nice there is no need to be rude to anyone here they will work with you if you have a actual issue and don’t have a bad attitude towards them. The second room was absolutely perfect. No issues and a beautiful view. The housekeepers are so sweet!! I didn’t meet not one single rude staff member. The staff deserve a 10 star rating. The hotel is great too. They had no idea why I was there but they made my stay so much happier. Be kind you never know what someone is going through. Thank you for being so kind and taking care of my issue so quickly. I will definitely return.

The hotel is outdated and needs some TLC.. however the beach view is breathtaking. I mainly stayed there for the view. If the hotel can get some updates.. it would be the perfect place..

Hurricane damage .. no beach access. Jacuzzi is down. Room 407 smells horrible. Had to buy candles to suppress the smell. Not worth the price

I stayed at this Days Inn for two days, and while the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. The building is old, outdated, and rundown, giving the place an unappealing look. The hot tub wasn’t working, and it didn’t seem like there were any plans to repair it. Although the room was clean enough, the condition of the facilities made it feel unpleasant. On our second night, the AC broke, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. To top it off, we saw a roach, which is an absolute deal-breaker. Unfortunately, despite the efforts of the staff, I can’t recommend staying here. I won’t be returning.

The place smelled like Raid roach spray and mildew. Unbearable! Can you imagine sleeping or living with that for a few days! Pure Poison! I wouldn’t let my dog sleep in that atmosphere! (Also, for the record; I clicked on and booked a beachfront balcony at hotels.com app but that’s not what the transaction stated after getting to the hotel. :-/ it was bait and switch as far as I’m concerned, or a glitch in the app! All I know I didn’t get what I ordered and was forced to pay extra if I wanted it!) However, regardless of the app issue, the smell was horrid and unlivable! I wasted my valuable time! On a brighter note I am grateful I was able to cancel and get a refund based off this sickening smell!

Birthday celebration with my grandkids who've never seen the ocean! They loved the water and the biggest sandbox ever! The pool was super clean along with the pool deck. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Not in a big tourist area. Just a nice quiet place for some family sun and fun!

The location is amazing! I stayed in a room with a balcony. Really enjoyed watching the sunrise, and working on the balcony while listening to the waves. You can literally walk out the hotel pool area fb be on the beach. The room was clean-no hairs lying around, linens looked fresh and clean, bathroom was very clean. But it definitely needs help. There were cobwebs in the corners, rusty metal on the bathroom ceiling, shower pressure was low, the furniture looked like it had mold on it, patch jobs that looked pretty rough. If you don’t mind an ok hotel, with a great view this would be a good stay. The last night I found ants crawling on the bedside table. I wiped it down with soap and water before I went to bed, but the ants were back in the morning.
